Welcome to Year 1!

What a great couple of weeks the children have had. They have settled in really well and it has been lovely to watch each and every one of them come in with a smile. We spent the first week talking about our Summer holidays and the children's favourite subject... themselves! The children decided on our class rules for the year and we made some lovely photo frames of our first day in Year 1. By the second  week, we have already begun our learning journey for Year 1. We have mixed primary colours to make secondary colours with the paint, been on a plant hunt and much more! I hope the children are as excited as we are for the next coming weeks.
