Welcome to Year 6's Class Page 2024-2025 

Welcome to the Year 6 class page.

We are really looking forward to teaching you this year and have lots of fun things planned for your last year in primary school. 

Homework 

We have homework menus for children to choose pieces of homework to complete each week and bring into school (or bring in a photograph). 

Reading packs will be sent home on a Friday evening and should be brought back into school on a Monday morning. 

We encourage children to read a wide range of materials in school and at home, children will also have the opportunity to choose a share book in which they can take home and read with family or friends at home. 

Spellings will be given out on a Monday morning, children have a green spelling book to copy the spellings into and should take this home to practise. Children should bring their green books back every Monday.

Spellings will also be available on the class page. 

PE

PE is every Tuesday afternoon. All children should ensure they have their PE kits on this day.
