We also looked at how to keep our minds healthy by using our 'Zones of Regulation Chart', this helped us to look at  our different emotions and how to deal with them. We then participated in some breathing exercises and yoga which helped us feel very calm and relaxed. We have had a lovely week learning all about how to stay healthy!
