Teaching Assistant Level 2 – SEND Support

Part time 32.50 hours per week - 38 weeks per year

8.45 am to 3.45 pm

Fixed term until 24/07/2025

£19,223.00

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified Level 2 Teaching Assistant to become part of our team as soon as possible. The position will initially be fixed term; however there will be a statutory probationary period and the possibility of extension pending cohort needs. The hours to be

worked will be 32.50 hours a week.

Our Lady & St. Edward’s are seeking to employ a qualified, motivated person who has a passion to work with pupils with a wide range of needs including providing support to those with Special Needs. It is therefore essential the successful applicant has an excellent understanding of how to effectively support the needs of pupils with SEND, in terms of learning and pastoral care.

The successful candidate must be able to work as part of a team, use own initiative and be able toadapt easily to the pupils and environment around them.
